A new analysis of data published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences finds clear evidence that the current precipitation and weather problems in the Golden State are the result of anthropogenic climate change. Using sophisticated techniques to analyze a range of data, the investigators concluded that it is almost certain that human activities are behind the drought and heat that California is suffering. This is not the only study to come to this conclusion. As California slowly becomes the Brown State, it is becoming harder for the climate change deniers to get traction.
