You may recall a post from a while back citing an Oregonian study that found Oregon has some of the weakest rules on the West Coast for protecting people and the environment from toxic herbicides. Now, the legislature has taken up the process of trying to craft rules that will better protect our citizens, our waters, and our lands from indiscriminate herbicide application.
