Air Pollution Diminishes Exercise’s Benefit 
Falling in line with other studies of air pollution’s effects, a recent study comparing a range of indicators found that exercising near a motorway did not produce the same health benefits as exercising in a park. On the bright side, the researchers found that the exercise by the road still produced some benefits, though certainly there are cities where the air is bad enough so that is not the case.
